SHIPPING POLICIES

USA SHIPPING:

  • Orders placed on balanced.la are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) and shipped with 48 hours from when the order is placed. Pending clearance of payment authorization and verification.
  • Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • Balanced Los Angeles  is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages.
  • If the shipping address provided during checkout matches the address on your shipping label and your confirmed shipping email containing your tracking number reads a successful delivery, we are not responsible for the misplaced package.
  • Stolen/Misplaced packages are non-refundable. Certain evidence may apply along with documented/recorded evidence.

TAXES:

  • Domestic tax where applicable.
  • We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in the US. The rate may be subject to local tax.
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

CANCELLATION:

  • You may cancel your order by emailing info@balancedlosangeles.com
  • Once your order has been shipped you will no longer be eligible for cancellation
